1. Data Collection & Local Storage ProgressSnap is designed as a privacy-first application. All photos and videos captured within the app are saved directly to your device's local application storage. We do not automatically upload, backup, or transmit your media to our servers or any third-party servers. Your progress tracking data remains entirely on your device unless you explicitly export it.

2. Camera & Microphone Access The app requires access to your device's Camera and Microphone strictly for the purpose of capturing photos and recording videos directly into your albums. These permissions are necessary for the core functionality of the app. We do not access your camera or microphone in the background.

3. Account Information & Authentication If you choose to purchase the Premium subscription, we require you to sign in using Google Authentication. We collect your basic profile information (such as your email address and name) solely to link your subscription status to your account across multiple devices via Firebase.

4. In-App Purchases All transactions are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment information directly.

5. Data Security We implement reasonable security measures to protect your account information. For your photos, you have the option to enable a PIN lock on specific albums to prevent unauthorized viewing on your physical device.
